• Australia: 7–14 business days

Please note that delivery may take longer due to public holidays, weather conditions, customs clearance, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Undelivered or Returned Orders

If an order is returned to us because of any of the following:

• An incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer
• The recipient was unavailable after delivery attempts
• The order was refused at the time of delivery
• The package remained unclaimed

the customer will be responsible for any applicable re-shipping charges before the order can be sent again.
